This Customer Service Workshop has been designed to deliver skills, practical tips and strategies to deliver outstanding customer service. The program is practical and is developed and delivered by ‘real world’ experienced presenters.
This program will be presented as one full day workshop. The learning experience will be highly interactive and participants will be expected to freely question and challenge the concepts and relate them to their own workplace experiences.
•Defining customer service and customer expectations
•Identifying key factors in customer relationships
•Handling complaints and emotional reactions
(the customer’s and yours)
•Exploring strategies for adding value to customer service transactions
