The ACT Real Estate Registration course is designed for those people seeking a career in real estate.
The ACT Office of Regulatory Services requires Real Estate Salespersons and Property Managers to meet minimum education requirements for registration in the ACT.
Participants will also develop skills and underpinning knowledge in a range of areas including:
- The legislative framework
- The role of Sales People and Property Managers
- Essential communication skills for Real Estate professionals
- Consumer and agency risk
- Legal and ethical requirements for Real Estate professionals
Start-finish time: 5 full-day workshops, starting 6 April 2010, ending 11 May 2010
