This workshop is designed for managers who want to lead teams and individuals to be more innovative and creative in the workplace.
By attending this workshop you will learn a range of skills and strategies to:
- create an ideas culture
- stimulate innovation in the workplace
- enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participants attending this workshop will:
- develop a practical, workable understanding of innovation
- apply tools and techniques to help make innovation happen in your team
- use a range of strategies to generate new ideas
Presented over one half day, this interactive program is fast paced and will provide a range of tools, principles and techniques which can be applied immediately to the workplace.
The workshop will be engaging, interesting and fun with a philosophy of demonstrating how learning can be applied in a practical “real world” sense.
Start-finish time: 8.30am – 12.30pm, then lunch
