Reporting to the Board takes you step-by-step through all you need to know to prepare, document and present high-quality board reports that get your message heard.

Combining practical exercises, facilitated discussion, a case study and comprehensive guides, you'll gain the skills, tools and knowledge. An interactive three-hour course Reporting to the Board examines typical board reports with a focus on improving the quality of information provided to the board.

This course:
• identifies the objectives of board reporting
• defines the structure and purpose of typical board reports
• examines what boards look for in executive reports
• explores techniques for effectively using technology when presenting data
• considers ways to capture and present information succinctly
