Resilience has applications across a number of disciplines and there is a growing need to focus on our ability to minimise the impact of vulnerability and failure of our systems and plans.
The aim of this two-day course is to expose participants to concepts, ideas and case studies associated with building resilience and adaptive capacity within organisations in the context of a disruptive or catastrophic event.
Course participants will be introduced to a Resilience Maturity Model and Matrix. They will be given information about the development of the Australian Standard for Organisational Resilience and its links to other Standards including risk and systems management.
Start-finish time: 9.00am - 4.30pm
