Why chose Professional Way?

Listing an event or advertisement through the Professional Way newsletter is a very cost effective way of reaching a targeted audience.

• more effective than a web site,
• more targeted and cheaper than newspaper advertising, and
• cheaper than direct mail.

Listing Events

You will fall into one of two categories:

1. Free Events

Free events are free of charge to list. However, if there is some economic benefit for the organisers to be gained from holding the event then your listing will have a cost – see our rates. An economic benefit means you are selling a product, service or idea at your event, or enlisting people to do the same. The only exception in this case is registered charities (see category e). 2. Casual Entries

Basic fee of $25 (plus GST) for listing plus

$5 (plus GST) per category - per week, minimum 3 week listing
The minimum charge to list is $40 (plus GST) = $44

A minimum charge involves listing your event in one category for three weeks.

Example
You have a seminar you wish to list and it is in four weeks time. You wish to send it to the Business & Management , Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Finance & Insurance and Broad Professional Skills categories - this is three (3) categories. (You can chose as many of the applicable sub-categories within the major categories.)

Working out the price
$25 + (4 weeks x ($5 x 3 categories)) = $25 + ( 4 x $15) = $25 + 60 = $85 (plus GST) = $93.50

3. Listing Subscriptions

A subscription may be the most cost effective option for you if you wish to send your information to many categories or have more than one event you wish to list in the subscription period.

Advertising

When is a listing an advertisement? An advertisement is when you are selling a product or service rather than informing professional about an event

1. Payment for listing is to be made prior to the listing going live in the newsletter.
2. Professional Way reserves the right to approve all advertisements and listings.
3. Professional Way reserves the right to approve the categories selected for distribution.
